Refund policy

1. Please send an email to info@archivefiftyfive.com indicating your intention to return your item within 14 days of receiving it. In this email, include your name, order number, product name, and preferably (though not required) the reason for return.

2. Then, send back the product you wish to return. This is at your own expense. You'll need to cover the shipping costs as well as any customs and duties fees. Ship the parcel to the following address: Otto’s laan 6, 1217SL, Hilversum, the Netherlands. Inside the box, include a piece of paper with your order number, name, and address (this helps us identify the return).

Once we receive the product, we'll inspect it for damage and then process your return within 5 business days.

For Returns & Exchanges, the following requirements apply:

• You'll be refunded the full product price, including the initial shipping costs, but not the return shipping and handling fees.
  
  
• To receive the full product price refund, the product must be in the same condition as when we shipped it to you (mint condition). Damaged products or items missing parts cannot be refunded. Similarly, if a part of the product is missing (such as the stand), it cannot be refunded. Please pack the parcel carefully using the bubble wrap or kraft paper provided with the product. If the box is damaged, replace it with an undamaged one to ensure the product arrives intact. This way, you'll receive the full eligible refund.
  
  
• It's not necessary to use the 'express' shipping option of your provider unless you prefer to do so (in which case, you'll receive your refund earlier). This option is usually more expensive.

Has your order arrived damaged? Please contact info@archivefiftyfive.com immediately with at least 5 pictures of the broken article and the box in which it was shipped. Depending on the damage, you'll either be refunded the product price or receive a replacement (if available).
