Delivery times, Customs & Tracking

We realise when a client places an order they expect the product at their doorstep as soon as possible. We send your parcel using the networks of both DHL Parcel and DPD. Since we ship internationally, we would like to point out the following minimum delivery times per zone, according to DHL Parcel:

Zone 1: Europe
Expected average transit time in business days: 4 – 8 days
Track & Trace code: Yes

Zone 2: Worldwide (Excluding Europe)
Expected average transit time in business days: 4 – 14 days
Track & Trace code: Some Yes, some No. Please check

For a more precise indication of the expected transit time, and whether you will receive a Track & Trace code, please refer DHL Tarrifs and Delivery. Please note that Track & Trace is not a possibility for all countries.

Customs
For many countries, we are required to fill in customs declaration paper CN23 to your shipment. We will take care of this. However, it is the responsibility of the consumer solely to be aware of the customs fees and requirements as well as any additional handling and fumigation fees, as we do not reimburse customs fees. The countries for which this is required, including the UK as of 2021, are marked in the DHL Tarrifs and Delivery with a *

Brexit

Shipment
In some countries of destination, local partners deliver your parcel. Your parcel is always sent in accordance to the following general conditions of DHL Parcel:

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by DPD, DHL Parcel or their partnering local delivery partners. We do our best to get your purchase at your doorstep as soon as possible. We will make a claim if it is lost or broken and reimburse you or offer a replacement.
